DESIGN CONSULTATIONS
Our Designer will work with you
and the design you provide to create your unique look
or style and the effect you desire. Design consultations
are complimentary.
DESIGN CREATION
We
provide design creation services. Our Designer will
work with you to create original designs that reflect
your unique look or style and the effect you desire.
There is an initial $35 fee for design creation services.
The complexity of the design will determine any additional
design creation charges.
PAYMENT
Payment for initial design creation
services are payable before the design creation services
begin. You will be notified in advance of additional
design creation services charges.
Payment in full is due at the time of ordering and
may be made by Visa, MasterCard, cashier's
check or money order. Please call if payment is by

SHIPPING
We offer standard ground shipping, normally
taking 2-4 business days after project completion.
Additional shipping options are available ( for an
additional charge ) upon request. Approximate shipping
date will be determined at the time of order.
RETURNS
Because each custom design is made to your
specifications, we cannot accept returns.
LIMITED WARRANTY
We guarantee our workmanship, but
assume no liability for items supplied by our clients.
AVAILABILITY
You will be notified regarding any necessary
color or size substitutions due to availability. |
